Data Deletion Request
Saleslink, operated by Startik ("the Company"), provides a process for users to request the deletion of their personal information and related data. This also applies to data collected through connected messaging channels such as Instagram and Naver TalkTalk.
Data We Collect and Process
- The content of conversation messages exchanged on messaging channels (e.g., Instagram)
- The platform-provided user identifier (an opaque ID) and a display nickname
- Activity data needed to run the consultation, such as message timestamps and handling records
We do not automatically collect separate personal contact details such as name, phone number, or email.
How to Request Deletion
- Send a deletion request email to cs@saleslink.pro.
- In the email, specify the channel you want deleted (e.g., Instagram) and your account on that channel (e.g., your Instagram username).
- After verifying your identity, we will delete the corresponding data without undue delay.
Processing Time
Valid deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. We erase the collected data except where retention is required by applicable law, and notify you of the outcome at the email address you used.
Disconnecting the Integration
The business (channel owner) using the service can disconnect the Saleslink integration at any time from the respective platform (Instagram, Naver, etc.). Once disconnected, no new data is collected from that channel.
