What each plan actually gives you
A list of numbers rarely tells you which plan fits. Each limit is explained in terms of what it means day to day.

What each limit means
Chatbot, link, and card counts
How many can exist at once. Delete what you no longer use and the slot returns.
Questions per month
What visitors ask the chatbot. Questions you ask while testing count too.
Pages learned per month
Pages processed when a chatbot is built or re-read. A large site consumes several at once. The allowance refills each billing period.
Visitor deep analysis
How many times you open a visitor conversation and behaviour in detail. Browsing the list does not count.

Common questions
- What happens when we hit a limit?
- You are warned as you approach it. Past it, you cannot create more of that item, but everything already running keeps working.
- When do limits reset?
- Monthly items refill when the billing period turns over — by billing period, not signup date.
- Can we upgrade mid-period?
- Yes. The remaining time is calculated and you pay only the difference. See billing and refunds for the details.
- Does unlimited really mean no limit?
- It means no count limit on that item. There is still a system-wide ceiling on how much can be processed at once, and abnormally excessive use may be restricted under the terms of service.
