What shows up only when you look at everyone
Reading one visitor is one thing. Noticing that a hundred of them said the same thing is another. Insight does the second.
Repetition is what points at the problem
One person asking about price is just a question. Twenty people asking it means your pricing page is missing something.
Conversations accumulate and nobody has time to read them. So what repeats, and where people get stuck, slips past unnoticed.
Insight pulls those repetitions out of the pile — which words keep coming up, which questions went unanswered, and which arrival routes actually led to a conversation.
What it shows
The words customers typed
Not a summary — the actual phrasing visitors used. This is where you find out their vocabulary is not yours.
Questions that went unanswered
Questions the material could not cover, gathered in one list. It tells you exactly what to add.
Visitors from paid traffic
Whether ad-driven visits actually reached a conversation — the basis for deciding where the budget should go.
Where people drop off
How many remain at each step from impression to visit to conversation. The steepest fall is what to work on.
And what to do about it
Numbers alone leave the interpretation to you. So the week ahead is laid out as work to consider — bringing new people in through search and social, holding on to those who already arrived, and getting more conversations from the same budget.
Any of it saves as PDF, so reporting or sharing with the team means passing the screen along as it is.
Some parts need a paid plan

Common questions
- Is it useful with few visitors?
- Repetition needs some volume to show. Early on, the unanswered-question list is the useful part — even one or two entries point at a gap.
- Can we see the search terms behind ads?
- If the ad platform is set to pass the term through to your landing address, yes. Without that, you only see that the visit came from an ad.
- Can we take the analysis at face value?
- It comes from AI grouping conversations, so it can be off. The typed words and unanswered questions are raw records, so start there.
